岗位描述：Job Responsibility职位描述： i) Develop new castable products as per customer requirements. 根据客户要求开发新的浇铸料产品 ii) Develop formulations for Castable. 改进浇铸料配方 iii) Go for application and trial at steel plants in China. 在国内的钢铁厂（现有客户），协助指导实验和施工 iv) Carry out lab work for new developed products and Quality control/Chemical, physical property analysis work for castables. 负责新的浇铸料产品的检验工作和质量控制，包括理化指标的分析 v) Maintain the proper records for the laboratory test results. 完善保存实验、检验的记录 vi) Assist purchase/commercial for quality inputs of new Raw material and additives. 协助采购和财务部门引进新的原材料和添加剂 Job Requirement职位要求： i) Qualified - Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Ceramics, metallurgy or chemistry or related majors. 具有陶瓷、冶金、化工或者其它类似专业的本科文凭 ii) Experience of working in refractories and related field for minimum 5 years and above. Preferred atleast 8-10 years’ experience. If have good long experience Point E i) of qualification not mandatory. 具有5年以上在耐火材料或者相关行业的工作经验，8-10年及以上工作经验优先考虑。如果经验足够丰富，可以放宽第一条的学历限制 iii) Extensive knowledge on Castables (as mentioned in Job responsibility) and ability to do Research and development of the same. 具有丰富的浇铸料知识（如职位描述所说），能够独立研发新产品 iv) Knowledge of Raw Materials, minerals, additives etc. 具有耐火材料原材料，矿产品和添加剂的知识 v) Working knowledge of laboratory equipment’s like high temperature furnaces, mixer and other testing equipments 会操作使用实验室仪器，包括高温炉、搅拌器以及其它设备 vi) Working knowledge of ISO is an added advantage 具有ISO相关体系知识优先考虑 vii) English speaking/reading and writing is an added advantage 英语听说读写能力流利优先考虑 viii) Knowledge of operations under China Safety Law. 懂安全生产和其它国家及地方相关法规
